Sarah Cromer is interred in the Stockdale City Cemetery, Stockdale, Texas, Wilson County. The inscription on her stone is as follows:
SARAH, WIFE OF T.L. CROMER, BORN OCTOBER 22, 1868, DIED AUGUST 12, 1902; "OUR DARLING ONE HATH GONE BEFORE TO GREET US ON THE OTHER SHORE".
The first wife of T.L. Cromer (Linda Cathreen Cromer) is buried in the Rector Chapel Cemetery, La Vernia, Texas, Wilson County. Stockdale and La Vernia are only within about ten miles of each other. The inscription on her stone is as follows: LINDA CATHREEN, WIFE OF T. L. CROMER, BORN FEBRUARY 1845, DIED AUGUST 18, 1882. "OUR DARLING ONE HATH GONE BEFORE TO GREET US ON THE OTHER SHORE".
