I couldnt' find Buster anywhere.

In 1940 Lucille OTTERBEIN was in the St. John's training school for girls in Fry, Tulsa Co., OK. Place of birth was Fort Sill, OK. Place of residence in 1935 was El Reno, OK

There's also another marriage record for Lucille. Two years before she married Ivery, she was married to Thomas TURNER on 7-Nov-1941 in Canadian Co, OK.

Do you know if Ester OTTERBINE remarried? There's a record for an Ester OTTERBINE to John H. MANSFIELD on 8-Oct-1928 in Canadian Co, OK.

There's a marriage record for Emile OTTERBINE, age 29, to Mattie BENTLEY, age 19, on 4-June-1919 in Garvin, OK.

The 1930 census has a divorced Emil OTTERBINE, age 45, born PA, living in Lawton, Comanche Co, OK.

In 1940 there's a soldier named Emil OTTERBINE, age 54, born PA, divorced, living at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY. Place of residence in 1935 was Fort Sill, OK.

I can't find any record for him before the 1919 marriage record, even though he claimed to be born in PA, not Germany.
