In the WW1 draft record index HARRY A. LEARNARD, my first cousin twice removed by marriage, was listed as HERBERT LEARNED with his parents in the 1900 census. He obviously changed his name to HARRY in later records. His second marriage in the NEGHS vital records. Harry LEARNED was married 3 times: 1) unknown 2) MAUD LAURA PATTERSON 3) HELEN H. G (unknown).
