GREEN E. CROUCHER 1860's Indiana
Is Green E. Croucher, listed in Civil War records as being in the Union Army, the Green Croucher you are referring to? He is listed as being in the Indiana Infantry, Co. F., beginning and ending his service as a private. In the Civil War Pension Index 1861-1934 record, it lists Green E. Croucher's widow being Jeanette Croucher and R. M. Patrick as a guardian representative for a child of Green E. Croucher. Widow Application is dated 17 Aug 1868, (application #30265, certificate #17048) and for the child (a minor) 03 May 1865, (application #98076 and certificate #70288).
The Green Croucher I am searching for is the brother of Julia Ann Croucher Crow, who is the daughter of Wm. and Mary Croucher. Julia is my Gr-gr-Grandmother. I have added other post below to this inquiry. If you might help me, I would appreciate it.
