Inferior Court of Pike county, sitting for ordinary purposes, met pursuant to adjournment, 25th Sept. 1837.
Present their honors, J.B. Williamson, Wm. Harris, J.B. Reaves, J.C. Atkin, and Robert Walker, Justices.
Whereas, Harrison Crow has petitioned said Court to order Edny L. Vardeman, administrator of Henry Crow, deceased, to make titles unto the said Harrison Crow to lot of land No. 49 in the 19th District of formerly Lee county.
It is, therefore, ordered by said Court, that persons interested shew cause by or before the expiration of three months after service of this rule be perfected, why said administrator shall not be directed to make titles, according to the original filed in this office.
And it is further ordered by said Court, that service of this rule be perfected by three months publication according to law.
