Wrote earlier and wanted to follow up a bit.The name Hannah, in Nova Scotia was quite popular as it also seemed to have been in Ireland and England as well. The book I referred to is by Jane Wile,RR #1, Nova Scotia, BOM ICO.Tel:662-3757.Her book is available through the Trueton Genealogical Society (this group works through the Trueton Library and is on the Internet but I can't recall the URL).Any way, Jane shows several Hannah's but all born in Canada as follows (just listing the likely ones):(1) Hannah born 1903, married Angus Delaney, (2) Hannah born 1-3-1872 at Onslow Mountain, dau of Robert Crowe and Ruth Delaney married George Lynds, (3)Hannah born 11-1-1876 at East New Annan dau of Gardner Crowe and married Richard Lynds, (4) Hannah born 4-15-1862 at Pugwash, N. S. to James Crowe and Hannah Totten and married Suthen Totten, son of Joseph Crowe Totten. All were Catholic's, stayed within their faith and frequently married 1st and 2nd cousins.I'll be happy to review other names if you like.
