Vickery & Holmes Descendants of Samuel Crumb m. Hannah Stanton
Eagerly hoping to get in touch with this family branch of Descendants of Samuel Crumb (b. November 1816) m. Hannah Stanton (b. June 19, 1834)
Looking for descendants of
John Wilson Vickery (b. 1871 m. Victoria Francelia Holmes (b. 1876)... residents of St. Petersburg, Florida, at least between 1944 and 1952.
Parents of Stanton H. Vickery (b. 1915) m. Helen Lucy Sinclair (b. 1914)
Parents of Stanton H. Vickery (b. 1942) m. ?
Victoria (Mrs. John W. Vickery) was a member #1642 of The National Society of Colonial Dames XVII Century when living in St. Petersburg. It appears however, that they were members of the national organization before the local chapter in St. Petersburg came into being in 1956.
Valuable family information back to the 17th Century was on the applications of both Victoria and her aunt, Lena Lenore Crumb (member #1641). I am trying to find a descendant of a Holmes or Vickery family that might have copies of that documentation of our family's lineage to Thomas Stanton (of Connecticut, b. abt. 1617) m. Ann Lord (b. 1621).
I have a lot of information about the links of these families to Mayflower Compact signers, John Alden & William Mullins.
