Heritage Quest Verses purchasing Ebay History Discs Do yourself a Favor
Nothing makes me more angry then to go to ebay site and see the genealogy books that were downloaded off of Heritage Quest website onto discs and sold at ebay...When Heritage quest is a vertually free to access these History books and genealogy history from the comfort of you own home.............I think possibly this has to be a copy right law...........Heres some info people need to know about Heritage Quest to sit in there homes and view records for free no purchase involved
just thought that I would share some information that I recently discovered. Any resident who has a library card from their local public library can access Heritage Quest Online from their home computer
enter your library barcode number from your library card, click the link for HeritageQuest Online and there you are. I'm excited to have the opportunity to explore this web site. FREE OF CHARGE
You go to your online local library site and look at the online resources database....loOK for reference and resources....If you have difficulty finding it on your library website, then go to your library and ask them to show you how to access the website from home...............Also you can access ProQuest Newspapers from home for certain dates.........................everyone is out to make a buck and there are many people that research with limited income....So please take my advice...If you cant find how to access these resources from the comfort of your own home GO ASK YOUR LIBRARIAN TO SHOW YOU HOW........Also included thru Heritage Quest are FREE Census Records...............Revolutionary Pension Records.......So the benifits are freat and free of charge
