Isaac Ficket bought land in NH 1805 - 1810

We're doing deed research and looking for one "Isaac Ficket" who purchased land in Tamworth NH between 1805 and 1810. Suspect he lived in southern NH or ME, since that was common when this area was being settled. It would help us to know where he lived so we would know where to look at probate and deeds. Any ideas? ME census of 1810 shows one widow Isaac Ficket in Cape Elizabeth ME, but no further leads. Thanks.
