The only records that you will find for Norwich State Hospital would be in either Preston town hall or New London if the person you are searching for died while residing at the hospital. All other records are closed to the public unless you know the town they resided in prior to committment.If you do there is a possibility that you could find what your looking for in the probate records for the town of residence. Trust me. Been there, done that! Good Luck.
