1790 or 1800 census index

Hello,
I would appreciate a look up for the 1790 or 1800 census index. I'm looking for
a Zebulon Baldwin, age 64 or 74, in possibly Windham or New Haven Co..
Also, who knows what land ownership information is available for these counties?
I'm trying to determin if Zebulon, who was born in Hingham, and married Hannah Lyon in
the New Haven Second Church, New Haven, MA stayed in that area or moved with some
of his family to VT.
All information on this subject will be greatfully received.
James Baldwin
