The Poquonock section of Windsor CT (settled 1633) (Hartford County) is the northern portion of town, near to Windsor Locks/Bradley International Airport. The division is presently considered along Route 75 (Poquonock Ave.) in the vicinity of the Farmington River. Until recently (when the area became much more suburbanized), the area was quite agricultural, with shade tobacco being a primary crop.
There are two "major" cemeteries for the area, one called "Elm Grove" (I think) the other by Palisado Ave (Rte. 159). There is also an "Old Poquonock Burying Ground" with about 30 graves.
Hopefully this will give you some type of lead. Good luck!
