David Cudworth (baby) & Lucy Cudworth -Centerville, NY

I was at Bates Cemetery in Centerville, Allegany, New York last summer taking pictures of my ancestors' graves. There are two Cudworth plots in the cemetery. The one closer to the road has left to right: Joseph Cudworth (1781-1851), Ruth Wood Cudworth (1789-1874), Lucy Cudworth (1795-1844), David Cudworth (1822-1850), David Cudworth (1830-1832), and Lewis Cudworth (1826-1863). (Photos are posted on findagrave.com and ancestry.com)

Joseph and Ruth are husband and wife. David b. 1822 and Lewis b. 1826 are two of their sons. What is the relationship between Lucy (abt 1795-1839), the second David (1830-1832) and the rest of the family? [Some guesses include Lucy being the wife of an undocumented Cudworth or being an undocumented sister. I also assume David is her son.]

The plot farther from the road includes another son of Joseph & Ruth's: John Wood Cudworth (1811-1887), his wife Jennette A. (1813-1880), their son Joseph D. Cudworth (1849-1891), and their son's wife Jennette "Jennie" M. Houghton (1852-1937).

To add more Cudworths to the mix,at the far right/front side is William Wight (1783-1824); he was husband of Abigail Cudworth.
