Contact me, Patti, at prochette@Juno.com
.
Henry C. Culwell. Who was his father? Where did he live after the Civil War?
.
Henry Culwell was in an 1861 North Texas militia as well as Bourland's Regiment. He is listed as "H. Colwell" in the 1860 Parker Co TX cen with his mother, "M. Colwell b-1803 NC" plus his wife and a child. BTW Ancestry.com recorded the "H. Colwell" census entry as "A. Colwell".
.
Please help identify this Henry C. Culwell.
.
Below is my current entry in my 200-page Name Index.

CULWELL, Henry C. Colwell, b-1837 AR; m-S.; 1860 Parker cen p488 (Co K, Bourland's Regt)
.
I look forward to your response. Patti
