Do you have any info for a William C. Cunningham b: 11/9/1813 d: bet 1842-1850, wife's name Catherine (possibly King)?
My ggg-gfather was Robinson King b: 1820.I was told his father was James King born in Augusta County, VA abt 1757. I believe Catherine may be Robinson's sister.
Robinson was in Marshall County, MS cir 1840 and moved to Williamson County, IL abt 1843.There was some mention of Robinson going to IN, but I don't know where or when. Robinson's farm in Williamson Co., IL was next to the farm of Catherine Cunningham b: abt 1814.
Catherine and William Cunningham had four children, two were born in MS cir 1840.Catherine is listed on the 1850 Williamson Co., IL census with her children but William is not listed.I assume he died after the birth of his daughter Amelia in MS abt 1842 and before the 1850 census.I don't know if he made the move to IL.
Mary Jane King, the daughter of Robinson, had two "cousins" named Cline and Ross Cunningham.I believe Catherine and William had a grandson name Cline Cunningham.
Can you connect? Thanks for any help.
