I am responding to your inquiry about Franklin D. Cupples. When my parents grew older the last few years, they told me of a man named Franklin D. Cupples, of which I have a particular interest. He would have married a woman named Celeste (sp?) possibly she was his girlfriend or something like that. He knew my parents around 1965 when she (and possibly him) lived near them in Lemay, MO I am wondering if this is the same person. I believe that I still have pictures of him. Please email to acctg@jccp.org if you are interested in sharing info. I believe he is buried in Jefferson Barracks and he died in 1988 at age 55.
