David Cupples was born in Northern Ireland on the 1st November 1883. He married Margaret and had they had a number of children. Unfortunately, they parted company a number of years later and whilst in Liverpool, David met Mrs Florence Thomas, a young widow.
They went to Canada and lived as common law man and wife (David was separated, but not divorced from Margaret. Florence then gave birth to Marion Cupples on the 7th April 1924.
At around about the year 1937, David, Florence and Marion came back to the UK and David worked as a Master Tailor from home at Hope Street, Liverpool. At some point David's first wife died and therefore, as a widower, he was free to marry Florence, which he did in the year 1950.
Marion Cupples, meanwhile went back to Canada.Does anyone know who she married?
