I saw your post to William Curl about Sophia Curl. Have you checked in the Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy (Am Q G)? I suggest this because there is a Samuel Curle and Hannah ( Hadley) listed in the New Castle Co, DE Newark/Kennett MM Marriage book which means they were married in the Quaker church (I found this information through back in 2000) . Almost all of my Curl ancestors are Quakers (down to my father who attended the Quaker church when he was a boy in the early 30's)

I don't know if these are your people but in the Am Q G, Volume 5, page 45 it reads:

Curl on 1813, 3,2. James & w Ruth & ch Joseph, Samuel, Ruth, James, Hannah, Enoch, Hadley, & John received on certificate from Goose Creek MM, VA dated 1812, 12, 4.

I thought this was interesting because they have children named Samuel, Hannah AND Hadley. The Goose Creek MM (Volume 6, page 632) has James and Ruth (Randall) getting married in 2-7-1989.

Good luck with your search!
