My father has all my VA info at this time - I will forward your email to him. I know the Gamon/Gammon family was tied in with Curlings somehow. Our thinking at this time is that our Joseph Curling came over from Isle of Thanet, Kent, England as perhaps an indentured servant or in some way indebted to Walter Costin - but we have no proof, only conjecture at this time. We only know he married a Rebecca from his will - no maiden name. Your thought that Rebecca could be daughter of John Gamon is as good as any! Yes, we were the ones who transcribed all the Curlin deeds, documents & wills on the Norfolk GenWeb site. I am not able to answer any of your questions off the top of my head but I will forward them to my father. Let's keep in touch with this thinking.
