Hi Tonya,
My GGandfather was William Curlin, born 1847 ?, he was the son of Alba Kerlin. Family tales say that the spelling of Kerlin was changed by a school teacher. Alba Kerlin died in Shelby Co., Ill. Alba Kerlin married Eliza Cochran. If you come across any info. on this family I would apperciate the help.
