I was lucky enough to just receive some information that links my family to the Curlin family.
I descend from Mary Adalaide Curlin born 1850 in Union City, NC to William Hugh Curlin and Cynthia Maddox.
Mary married John Jones Green January 22, 1867 in Old Jacksonville, Tenn.
I would like to know a little more about the family. I heard they were a fairly affluent Southern family. May have disowned Mary.
