What I have on George M Curnutt is he was born in 1827 in Tn. He married Mary Elizabeth Richards on 4/1/1849 in Cole County, Missouri. She was born around 1830 in Missouri. I have the names of their children and some dates. George was the son of John Curnutt and __________. John was born around 1788 in Montgomery County, Va and died after 1850 in Cole County, Mo. John was the son of Reuben Cornutt (name changed to Curnutt on the ones who went west) and Keziah Farmer. Reuben was born in Va and died before 1825 in Floyd County, Ky. Reuben was the son of James Carnute/Cornutt and Sara Basham of Virginia. Reuben and my ancestor David were brothers. I have the children of George M and Mary Elizabeth listed and some dates, etc but none of their offspring. I am still working on the Curnutts. Hope this will help in some way.
