Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Your grandfather and my great grandfather were brothers. My great grandfather was Leander Greenville Curnutte; they called him Jack. Jack was married to Mollie Berry and they had 2 children...my grandfather, Clyde Chester Curnutte who was born near Louisa, and his younger sister,Lucille. My grandfather moved to Columbus, Ohio and eventually so did his parents. My grandparents had only one child, my father, Clyde C. Curnutte, Jr. - he went by "Duke".
My great aunt, Lucille, had no children. For my wedding she gave me a platter that I believe she said had belonged to Sarah Jane Curnutte (I'll have yo look back in my letters to find out for sure.)
