Paul L. Currier Obit
PALMYRA — Paul L. Currier, age 73, of Palmyra, died Friday, March 7, 2008, at the Bixby Medical Center. He was born September 14, 1934, in Toledo, Ohio, to Edward and Rosella (Mausser) Currier. Paul served in the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Paul is survived by his mother, Rosella Porter of Palmyra; one son, Paul L. Currier Jr. of Marquette; two daughters, Rosella Gray of Kalamazoo and Ashley Currier of Monroe, Mich.; four brothers, Edward Currier of Adrian, Steve Currier of Toledo, Andrew Currier of Onsted, and Bob Currier of Toledo; six sisters, Frances Vince of Toledo, Florence Boyd of Toledo, Pauline Dermyer of Cement City, Louise Bartlett of Toledo, Mary Hansen of Grand River, Ky., and Lillian Brooks of Adrian; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews; and Thomas, his cat.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, one sister, and two brothers.
Funeral services for Paul will be at noon, Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Calvin Walden and Pastor Kyle Detmers officiating. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Full military services will be conducted by the Annis-Fint VFW Post #1584 at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian.
