Beverly thank you so much for replying but the one im looking for was a nativity of Butler co. Ohio.As close as i can figure he would have been born in 1821.He was in Company G 8th Cav. 39th Regiment Ind.He joined 2nd of feb. 1864.At that time he was 43 hazel eyes black hair 6ft.He was mustard out at Lexington N.C.7/20/1865.If you can find out any thing about this man i would like to know.I havent had any luck any place i have looked so far. Thanks a lot Sam.
