In and for the County and State aforesaid
Do hereby Certify, that at the August term
Of this Court, held at the Court house, on the fourth day of August A.D. 1851-
Satisfactory evidence was adduced before said Court, to prove to the Satisfaction
Thereof, that Daniel Cushman, late a (private of the –crossed out in document) pensioner
Of the United States, at the rate of $96 per annum- died in the County of Franklin in the State of New York –on the 12th day of April (1845) one thousand eight hundred and forty five- that at his decease he left no widow, but left the following named children , him surviving, to wit:
Narcisa Baker, William H Cushman,Polly Butles (Butler?) and Nancy Johnson.
And that each of them are of the age of twenty one years and upward-
In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand over and affixed the seal of the Court this 4th day of August AS. 1851
