Looking for a connection here. My g-grandfather was John BROWN (B:1862), who married Aretta CUTSHALL in Huntingdon Co. PA. The 1880 Census shows a John CUTSHALL (B:1840) residing with wife Jane and 8 children in Springfield Twp, Huntingdon PA. One of these children is Aretta.
There is unrelated info on a John CUTSHALL(CUTCHALL) B: 1796 in the same county. Can anyone make the connection between John (1840) and John (1796)?
Its the same Township, same County, and same name, but I don't have anything else to go on. Thanks for any help!
