Regarding your William T. Cutshall? Several years ago on a visit to Indiana, I pulled a small newsclipping regarding who I believe is your William T. Cutshall. Have you been able to find him? I just re-started my research on the Cutshall family for my children (Cutshall is a paternal line for them). In any case, here is what I found although you may already have this:

W.T. Cutshall, who pulled the lever on the first paper that was ever attempted to be established in Argos, was arrested at Knoxville, Tenn., the other day for bigamy. He resides at Huntington and is traveling for a safe company through the south. He fell in with Mrs. S.E. Pickard at Charlotte, N.C., married her, and upon hearing that he had a wife and children, she had him arrested.

That's all I have in my stored documents.
