I am tring to help my nephew's wife locate her birth father Kenneth Dabbs. He was a American GI stationed in Hawaii, possibly Marine Corp, in the year 1973. He has a daughter born in 1974 in Samoa and she would like to locate her father and family. She had some health problems that maybe family history would help. Will relay any information to the daughter of Kenneth Dabbs.
If anybody knows of Kenneth Dabbs please notify me. Thank you.
