Like you I have searched various spellings off my odd name. TO listen it sounds like your spelling, and guess what ? I have oodles of inf on the dablemont's from Lille on the Belguim border, Pierre and Victor came to America in mid 1800's and worked in the mining industry all over America, setting in Missouri where their clan still lives. I am in touch with two of their descendant, my two new cousins and friends. Let me know if any of this rings any bells, you never know !
