Kelley,
I sent an email with the very little I know. My main search involves the name DAFFIN and I have often found changed spellings between DAFFIN, DAFFRON, DAFFAN, DAFRIN, etc,and both DAFFINs and DAFFRONs were in St. Mary's Co., Md in the mid 1700s, so I thought there was a possible connection there. Look for my email.
