From a Brown-Daffron Bible there is a W.I. Daffron born 1840 but then later there is William J. Daffron born Jan 22, 1846 So don't know if the person doing transcription wrote an "I" instead of "J" on the first one and also a "6" instead of an "0" for 1840 or 46 BUT either one his parents are B.H. Daffron and Mary Brown married Sept. 29, 1835 in Tuscaloosa, Al.
