Several weeks ago I received a request for information on Louis Edouard Dagenais. I had no knowledge of a Louis Edouard D. and I inconsiderately deleted the message. Recently, while surfing the www.ellisisland.org site for the "Dagenais" surname, I came across a Louis Edouard Dagenais who arrived at Ellis Island from Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 1914 and again in 1922. Hope this will be of use to someone. There are several others with the Dagenais surname listed at the Ellis Island site.
