On Oct 20 1834 Samuel Daggett and John Grott acquire land thru the Pre-emption Act in Sec 11. Twp 3, North of Range 9W of the 3rd principal Meridian, 40 acres. Certificate # 3965
Samuel and Adelia's children are:

Jacob R. b 1837 ARK
John F b 1841 Ark (conf. army 1862-64)
James b 1845 Ark(Mcgehee Reg.
Robert E b 1847 Ark

I must caution you that it is not proven that this Samuel is definately a son of Jacob Jr. However there was enough evidence for Samuel Bradlee Doggett to include this as a supposition in his book about the Daggett/Doggett family which is where my info came from.

Hope this helps

Susan Daggett
