Please help. I've been searching for Samuel's father for quite some time and was thrilled to think that I had overlooked something in the Daggett Doggett History. But honestly I cannot find anywhere in my reprint of the 1894 Rockwell and Churchill version a supposition regarding the Samuel Daggett--Jacob--Jacob Jr. -- Samuel of Ark line. In fact, except for a mention of Samuel Daggett's son Jacob, and with a birthdate of May 30, 1766 (p. 571), as opposed to May 15, 1759 as you noted. What am I missing here? Have I traced the wrong William-Ebenezer-Samuel-Jacob? Altogether possible in this clan. Please advise, and many thanks for all your contributions here.
