Private, U.S. Army Service Number 12349763 Killed in Action Died November 9, 1950 in Korea       
Private Daggett was a member of Battery B, 63rd Field Artillery Battalion, 24th Infantry Division. He was taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy near Taejon, South Korea on July 20, 1950, forced to march to North Korea on the "Tiger Death March", and died as a prisoner at Chunggang-jin, North Korea on November 9, 1950. Private Daggett was awarded the Prisoner of War Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.        

Killed In 1950 (Unmarried)

I have his ancestry... he is from the John of Martha's Vineyard line...
