Hi Teena! I am also researching the Danyow's that settled in the Vergennes / Ferrisburgh area. The variations that I have seen so far are: Daigneault, Danyow, Danyew and Denio. We should share our information! My husbands great-great-grandmother was Matilda (Danyow) Sears.
