Hi researchers,
On page 387 Volume l:
"[Capt. Daniel Comstock's Company] True List of pay roll of himself and Company in the service of the State of Vermont, from Jan 1st 1781, to the 30th of June...
Name: Joshua DAYLEY
Sum 4.17.4 (4 pounds 17 shillings 4 pence). Oct. 2nd, 1784, received of the Treasurer the content within warrant. Tho TOLMAN, Paymaster."

On page 574 Volume II
"Pay Roll in the Battalion of Infantry in the service of the State of Vermont, commanded by Saml. FLETCHER, Esq., Lt. Col. Commandant. Name: Joshua DAILEY Commence July 1st 1781
Ending Nov. 20 1781
Days 143

Total 10.4.0 (10 pounds, 4 shillings).
Pay Table Office, Sutherland, Aug. 21st, 1783 the Treasurer will pay the contents unto Thos. Holman, Esq., Pay Master, taking his receipt." Note: Benjamin DAILEY also served with Joshua DAILEY in this Company.
