Descendants of William Daily of Hamilton county Illinois

I am looking for a male descendant of William Daily, b. ca 1800 VA, d. 24 Aug 1874, married 16 Aug 1827 to Hannah HUGHES to take the Y-DNA test.
One record indicates that possibly he was a stepson and thus his mother Polly ( Compton?) (Maulding?) Daily was married previous to marrying John W. Daily in 1800 in Virginia.
Here is the male lineage that I have information on.
a) Job ( b. 1831) had sons James H. and John S.
b) Abner ( b. 1833) had a son William G.
c) Lewis ( b. 1838) had sons Madison H., Walter H. and Charles O.
There were three other sons, Daniel, Vincent and Fields which I know nothing of their male offspring.
I am hoping such a test would clear up some of the confusion concerning the history of Polly Daily.
I am prepared to order and pay for this test to compare to those of the Daly/Daily/Dailey clan who have already taken the test.
Herman Daily
