I am one of the great grand children of the late Ebenezer and Catherine De witt Dains, late of Dover Twnsp. They are interred in True Graveyard, near Millfield,O.
In the letters of the late Olive Ruffner, she has their ancestry as Danish. Other researchers have spelled it
Daynes", and coming from England. There are Dainses in England.
@this writing. But as we all know. England used to be "The
land of " opportunity" to a lot of ethnic countries.
If you are a direct decendant of Olive's, e-mail me, and tell
me about her. I would of liked to have met her Thanks
