I have some Yorkshire Dalbys in my family tree - mainly based around the Beverley (East Riding) and then Bramham/Boston Spa area (just West of York) in the early 19th Century.

The earliest ancestor is a Robert Dalby who
was married to Elizabeth Ramshaw in 1804 in
Beverley.

See my previous postings to the Dalby site for the other information.

If you make a connection please feel free to let me know. I'll do likewise.

Best regards

Rod
