I know your message here is an old but and have you found out any further info on Israel yet? My information has it that Israel was the son of Joseph Dalby 1764 Frederick VA - 19 Mar 1839 Winchester, Frederick VA married to Hannah Stonebridge 17 Nov 1788 Winchester, Frederick VA. Hannah born 1768 died before 1 Feb 1847.
Joseph Dalby is thought to be the son of Richard D'Albey/Dalbey and Susannah Harris but so far I've found no documents to prove this. IF Richard is the father further proof is necessary so I wouldn't use this information until it is proven!
