Does anyone know if there is any connection between the James Dalbey who came to Vermilion County in 1843 with his wife Sarah Sewell and son Aaron Dalbey (and promptly died and his wife remarried to John McFarland) and the Aaron Dalbey who came to Vermilion County in the 1830s? I'm finding it difficult to believe that there wasn't some sort of connection, but nothing I've found online shows any connection. Also, we Aaron Dalbey's second wife Nancy's surname Wright or was it K(e)izer? I've seen it as Wright in the Vermilion County history books, but as K(e)izer online. What is the source for the Kizer surname? Thanks! Michele Chavez Notify Administrator about this message?
