Okay, you are out of Betty Lue's own line. Rev. Joel ( a Methodist minister if memory serves me correctly) is one of her Great Greats.

Richard Dalbey (take your pick of the spelling) appears to be English with a heritage that probably goes up into Northern Europe somewhere. He was not a Quaker.

As for Robert Dalby, it really is hard to tell. 1589 is the tail end of the Reformation and they were still burning each other at the stake back then. People were the state religion of the day back then to save their hides. It might be interesting to research him a little deeper.
