The LDS Family History Center "Ancestry File" has a linked pedigree showing William Dallyn, b. abt 1525 in Devonshire, England; m. Mary Ann Dyer, b. 1530. Descendants include my GGF John Dalling, c. 17 Jul 1814. Interestingly, his parents are listed as William Dalling, c. 7 Jul 1782 in Ilfracombe, Devon, England; m. Mary Ann Dyer c. 16 Nov 1783 in Devon. I wonder if this is a typo or a rare conicidence. Any ideas? Someday I will get from Oregon, USA to Devon and check it out!
