It would be difficult to find 20C Dallyn ancestors without more information. A recent survey of the Devon telephone books reveals 28, of which 17 are still in N Devon mainly W of Exmoor and N of Dartmoor! I know of no Kenneths in the Dallyn side of my family. In about six months' time the 1901 census will come on line from the Public Record Office ( which may be useful. And of course you could try searching telephone books in other parts of the country. The most useful Dallyn source I have found so far is the 1851 Census extract (Devon, Norfolk and Warwickshire) available on disc and well indexed.
