Missed the first part of your posting, but are you by any chance related to my Great great grandfather Ambrose Dallyn, born Challacombe 1820? He had six daughters (no sons) and I am descended from Mary born in 1855. I have traced my tree (with some uncertainties) to Ambrose Dallyn born about 1759 in Atherington who married Ann (surname unknown). I shall email you with further info. I live in Tavistock.
