Jean,
I do recognise Ebenezer, as I came across him in the Probate Index, and was trying (unsuccessfully) to make a link to the rest of my tree. The fact that he was born in Salop makes a link likely. Do you have any more information on his father John?
The Probate entry is
1928 Ebenezer Dallow of Stanley House, Sale, Cheshire died 6/10/1927 Admon Manchester to frank Dallow Sales manager £249-8-7
