William Dando Minersville 1870

In the 1870 census for Minersville, Schuylkill Co, Pa. there is listed a William Dando 30, his wife Jane 26 and their children Elizabeth 6, Sarah 4, Ida 2, and Emily 5/12. All are listed as born in England except Emily, born in Pa. Two doors away are George Martin 27 and Elizabeth Martin 26 and their children Mary 4, Agnes 3 and William 1. All are listed as born in England.
We believe, but are not sure, that Elizabeth Martin's maiden name was Dando.
We know the history of the Martin family after 1870 but have no further info on William Dando and his family. We suspect that William and Elizabeth were brother and sister.
Does anyone recognize William Dando and his family?
