Hi Candace!
I'm back ;)

First, thank you for all these informations, I will keep them and ask my father asap. I don't know very much about his family, just a few times he told me things about. Like he told me he lived in Carapelle till he ages 5 or 6, that his grandfather was called Vincenzo (what does sound like Vincent Polito but I can't remember anything about this last name, I'm not sure at all we're talking about the same person, plus his grandfather was living in Carapelle and yours was born in Rome... anyway, I'll ask).

I'm really sorry I don't know Jay Migliori, but I don't listen to jazz, maybe it is an explanation... the other being I'm 26, so I guess his songs were not the ones I heard when I was a child. After a few search on the net it appears he was pretty famous. I'll try to know more about him.
I guess it's really wonderful to find family like this! I wasn't hoping for that the first time I came here but why not? I'm just impatient to hear from my dad. It's past 9pm here and a bit late for me to call him. I'll give you the answer as soon as I get it.
